1. Scrub with olive oil and sugar – Mix equal parts of olive oil and sugar can give an effective exfoliant that you can use to get rid of keratin plugs and other dirt particles on the skin.
2. Salt and water – mixed with salt water can also be an effective exfoliating formula. Gently wipe the skin with this formula can also help with keratosis pilaris.
3. Vitamin E oil – Adding several tablespoons of vitamin E oil to bath water can help seal the moisture in the skin and improve the appearance of keratosis pilaris. Soak in the bath water infusion of vitamin E oil for about twenty to thirty minutes. Do not bathe too long, because your skin can take away too much oil and cause more dryness and irritation.
4. Washing with apple cider vinegar – In some cases, use apple cider vinegar to wash the area affected by keratosis pilaris can take the place of lactic acid washes and creams. Sometimes, products containing lactic acid may irritate the skin. This natural cleaning may serve as an effective alternative.
These are just some of the natural remedies for keratosis pilaris. Although there is no real cure for this disease of the skin, these natural remedies and others may be recommended by dermatologists and skin doctors and could also help to try to improve skin appearance and texture.

Bikini Fight

I’m on the mission as each year of the search for my summer bikini! I have great desire to lie down in the sand, sun and plunge into the water of the Mediterranean.

With a smile on my face I take a swimsuit in bright colors and strong always look good with tanned skin. But I do not know what happens in these testers?
